The Rip Curl Board Masters 'Unleashed' festival 2008 was kicked off by Radio 1 DJ, Chris Moyles and his team.
Camilla, one of Moyles' crew, was carried on to the Radio 1 stage on a Eco Range Beach Beat Surfboard. The Eco Lite 6'2" Beach Beat was used as transport for the well spoken radio star, a fairly different type of transport than it was designed for!
Beach Beat Surfboards had one of our surfboard shapers, Stevie '2Fins' Croft, providing a surfboard shaping demonstration at the Rip Curl 'Unleashed' festival which gained a massive amount of interest from the revelers.
Beach Beat Surfboards also had Jeremy from Laminations and Toby from the Aggie Surf Shop staffing the surfboard stand on Fistral beach, Newquay. (Hello to every one we met!) The Eco lite Beach Beat Surfboards and in general the British built, quality that our surfboard factory produces created so much interest and excellent feedback.
